Brasileiro brickellA new tapas-style steakhouse called Brasileiro is almost ready to open its doors at the Four Ambassador Suites Hotel. The space, made up of a large dining room, a private dining room and a patio, will be able to host up to 430 guests.

The guests will, on the other hand, be able to enjoy in appetizers like crab cakes and crispy calamari steak, entrees like blackened cobia and black seafood risotto, even in an all-you-can-eat Rodizio. And with Guily Booth, former chef at The Local House and Yuca, in the kitchen, it’s a sure bet that whatever you choose to eat at Brasileiro will be as delicious as food can possibly get.
