Chef Philippe Ruiz is ready to shock your tastebuds at the brand new Restaurant Du Cap which will occupy the ground floor at 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza in downtown Miami in 2013. Chef Philippe Ruiz departures from the Biltmore’s Palm D’Or Restaurant, and brings a needed French touch to the Brickell area. The restaurant lease is for 5,179 ft. although the dining area will be smaller.
“This restaurant makes a dramatic statement on the quality of tenants we are attracting, and we expect you will hear more signings for ground-floor tenants in the months to come. This will enhance the profile of our 30,000-square-foot plaza,” Tracy Story of Foram Group said.
