Sakaya Kitchen is a casual Pan-Asian restaurant that believes in organic food conscious. It’s also one of my favorite places to eat in Miami. Located on Buena Vista Avenue, in Midtown Miami, the menu is written in chalk on the wall and usually includes Asian comfort foods such as fresh noodle boxes, Korean-style BBQ, Filipino Egg Rolls, and more. Although it is technically fast food, all menu items are made daily from scratch so nothing is frozen or processed – that means all meat is cured, vegetables are pickled, original spice rubs, and even the sauces are made fresh daily. The most popular food items on the menu are the baby back ribs with honey, orange, and soy; and Korean-style chicken. Sunday brunch which is “Dim Ssam Sundays” is also popular.
A Brickell Info Must.
